Threw out a trial pair of contacts, cost approx $40 maybe more. Shelf life is a year or more. And now they called saying they wpuld give me a tolerable rx . Well why didnt you do that the first time? I should be getting compensated for the contacts they threw out
I bought my contact lenses in July and they arrived to my house, but the prescription was not correct, so I went to the store for a re check and order it again, they arrived to my house but the prescription was incorrect again! I paid almost $800 for my lenses that I never got! Best money I ever spent for eye and vision care. Best place for customer service. They have nice frames for good prices and even repaired my frames after I stepped on them. Rico and the doctor doing exams are the best!
