Every staff member was super kind and helpful! I was a first time patient/customer. My appointment time was respected. I was in and out in about an hour. I will continue coming here!
First let me say i am a bigger headed gentleman so i understand that sometimes frames dont fit quite right so thats pure transparency Needless to say non of the frames they had fit me but was told if i buy frames that do fit and come bk they will send off and get my prescription on em so i paid my 170 for visit etc came bk with frames was then told one the bogo dsnt apply bc im bringing my own frames and ill be charged 20$ fee for bringing my own frames on top of 160 for just prescription ….. smh never coming bk to this plac... read more

Paula is absolutely wonderful! The best! She not only helped my daughter pick out amazing glasses but also gave her hope and confidence.
We had a great experience! Carl D, He was very professional, efficient, and got us in and out in a timely manner. What really stood out was his attention to detail and customer service. We were dehydrated, and before we even had to ask, he kindly provided us with water. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable. I highly recommend his services and would definitely return in the future!
