Carl was so kind and fixed my glasses very efficiently!
I’ve never had glasses before and I was anxious about the whole process. Every single employee was very friendly and patient. My husband and I had a surprisingly fun time and the staff answered all our questions and put me at ease. Paula was such a fun person and very helpful. (Shout out to the man with glasses who let us look through the catalog). We will be back for any future needs FOR SURE
Video call with the optometrist?? The most terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced with people who reacted to me like I was an inconvenience? The worst and most inaccurate contact prescription I have ever received?!? Back to Visionworks, this place is an absolute joke.
