if i could give them a 0 star i would this place is the worst place i have ever delt with. I made a appointment for my 5 year old daughter and (be mindful she turned 5 a week ago) they just told me because is just turned 5 she is to young for them to take her and it says no where on the website that she had to be so far past 5 to be seen. Very helpful and professional.
90% of the staff were rudely and uncaring. Taking people that came in after others. Then lame excuses as to why. After driving from Wildwood, I ended up leaving having never been seen.
This is the most unprofessional office of Optometry I've ever been to and I've been getting glasses and contacts for 20 years. I went in to get my eyeglass and contacts exam. After my exam, they told me I had to get trial lenses, in their brand, with the wrong prescription since it's what they had, before they could give me my prescription? I've been wearing the same brand for many years. I tried explaining it's difficult for me to get back around but they were persistent. I had to comeback.
