I am disabled and use a walker. Mari was at the door opening it for me before I even got there. She was kind and efficient. I will ask for her whenever I need to go to America’s best. By the way, she also helped with my chair and open the door for me to leave. I so appreciated her kindness.
I usually go Americas best in Gainesville , thought I’d try Ocala since they are closer by about 10 minutes, service was good untill I paid for the glasses, they told me 2 weeks for the glasses. Now I call to see if the glasses are in yet and I get the run around, a different person answered the phone 1 time and actually looked and told me 1 pair was in.. I’ll go back to Gainesville, this has been the worst experience buying glasses I’m 30 yrs of buying glasses
Awesome service today at Americas Best for a routine exam. Christina was fun to work with. Most important, don’t hesitate to do the virtual exam. It was just an overall great experience!
Not BBB Accredited: It's worth noting that America's Best is not a BBB Accredited Business. Horrible experience and customer service. I needed to reach out to my Dr after the appt and it was impossible to get a hold of her!
