Best eye place in huntsville
I witness the most incredible moment with the manager taking care of a little boy who wouldn’t stay still. This lady went above and beyond to get him to do his glasses, she was so patient and so kinds and they laughed and giggled and she made it so easy for that family, everybody that was there was just happy to see this type of customer service. The location is great the staff is very pleasant, it was really busy on Saturday but that didn’t stop them from providing a great service.
I had a really great experience at America’s Best! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed. Alex was especially helpful and made the whole process really easy. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was while helping me. Overall, such a smooth experience with great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Horrible customer awareness. They were arguing in front of customers. Discussing very loudly there was refund to do but it wasn’t that team members job to do it. Then they were talking about across the office who ate what! So unprofessional and over stimulating. Had to walk out!
Aryany was an absolute pleasure she helped me and my wife today. She is an excellent employee and just needs a good manager. The receptionist Shanell was rude and disrespectful and screamed at me from across the store multiple times. I called corporate while I was still in the store and in less than 5 minutes the manager of the store in Conroe called me. That's customer service. I'll take my business to the Conroe location from now on.
