Brought my 9 year old to get fitted for lenses and Tamara and Kaitlyn were absolutely amazing. They were so patient and made my daughter feel so confident about the lenses they helped her select and were so kind and generous with their help and advice to make sure we had all we needed. Amazing experience. Thank you so much!
Nightmare experience. All I did was bring in an outside prescription. All they had to say was “we don’t have anyone here that knows what to do with that” and send me on my way. Instead they made me sit there for over an hour and a half while they tried to figure out how to get it in their system. It took 3 people to figure it out and I’m pretty sure my $450 glasses will probably be wrong since they already had to correct one another.
It was a pleasure of having Katelyn helping me with my appointment. She was very informative and helped me save money. She went above and beyond as well very patient.
Very friendly and patient. Helped me fix my glasses and get a free set after a screw was broken in the frame.
Great experience! Katelyn (and everyone else) was so helpful and efficient :)
