We came to this place and everything was good at first. They helped us with our daughter’s first warranty claim, but after taking her glasses apart, they told us the warranty could only be used one time. I was surprised because I thought the warranty covered more than one replacement or repair, and I couldn’t find anything posted or explained that stated it was a one-time warranty. Worst place ever. They lost my sons lenses and we are just now receiving them 4 Months later. The manager there is useless.
