I was super impressed with Marjoria's experience and knowledge and her ability to share the options available with America's Best at the 13486 Northwest Freeway in Houston Texas
I would give zero stars if I could. I had an appointment for my son, who shares my name. I arrived at 5:00 PM on time and was not seen. They claimed my son had no appointment, even though I filled out the form the day before and listed myself as his guardian since he is a minor. Very poor customer service.
They are decent when you are there but once you order your glasses or contacts you have to call them for updates. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my contacts Update: they ordered the wrong contacts for me after awaiting a month and having to go there myself to get an update on my contacts whether they were in or not.
