The whole staff was pleasant from beginning to end and handled all my needs and possible questions.
Marjorie was extremely helpful in helping me select what type of lenses to get and want to get on , She was also very kind to me and also told me everything I need to know in Spanish, which is a big help to people that only speak Spanish I was lucky enough to be bilingual, but I still appreciate the help that she did to me and to everyone else that is not fortunate enough to be bilingual in both Spanish and English overall, I had a great time and Marjorie was extremely helpful to me in every way that she could
Unprofessional and withholding information from customers. The 1st lady that helped me at the front desk was very nice when I went in to order some eyeglasses for my daughter. The 2nd Hispanic lady that helped us made a lot of mistakes, at the time I was not aware of them, but a few things that I will note is that she didn’t give me any options on the lenses. I gave her my daughters prescription that had my daughters name at the top and my daughter handed her the eyeglasses she picked out. She didn’t mention any of the optio... read more
