I visited for a routine check-up with Dr. Mark, who is excellent. That’s why, for the past four years, I have continued coming to American Best Apex specifically to see him—even though my insurance allows me to visit other clinics. However, my experience with one of the staff members (R), who assisted me with selecting glasses, has been disappointing on multiple occasions. Fantastic experience. Thoroughly impressed! Everyone was really nice and everything was taken care of for me. Sure I had to wait a little bit but the time went fast. They have a huge inventory of glasses, really nice ones and some that are more affordable. Thank you so much!

I purposely drive to a farther location (Cary) instead of going here. I could care less about customer service but the front desk are insufferable. Please don’t waste your time here. I don’t make much appearances and very quiet and yet every experience I’ve had has been terrible. THE ACTUAL OPTOMETRIST IS GREAT!!
