My husband just had an appointment here and everyone was rude! The Dr did not tell him his pupils were being dilated so he has to drive with blurry vision instead of being able to get adequate and safe transportation. Gave him a list of 2 referrals that aren't in his network and said "That should work". Terrible service, would never recommend.
I can't go back there. It felt like an entire negotiation with a certain optician gentleman mentioned on here quite a bit. I felt like the guy there was constantly upselling and pushing whatever lens I didn't want. The whole "Buy 2 for $X" deal suddenly turned into a huge purchase. Very unpleasant, I'd rather keep my old bent glasses than return there and deal with this guy. Since when did buying glasses become like buying a used car? Ridiculous, ain't nobody got time for that. Bad customer service, canceled my appointment.
Ricardo is very arrogant, rude, and pushy. After tolerating him and getting my order processed over a week ago, I was happy with my frame selection. I went in today to pick up my order only to find out Ricardo messed up my order completely! My husband’s order was messed up last year, but we decided to try your business again only to be disappointed AGAIN. My entire family will not be returning to your company.
Went in 10 gays ago. I was seen quickly and everyone was professional. I didn't feel rushed to pick out frames. Waited 10 days and picked up my new glasses. Got out of the door spending less than $100 for two sets of frames and I can actually see again!
