Very professional and kind. Daniel and Karina at the Grandview location made me feel like a valued customer.
Never will I deal with America's Best. Went in two days after paying cash reqsting a refund. America's Best wasn't in my VSP Network. Was told by the assistant manager they would call or text me when glasses arrive then check would be issued.They never called or text. I called them on March 6, 2026 and spoke again with the assistant who told me glasses came in and she would mail the refund check to me on Monday the 9th of March. 19th of April called and spoke with a lady who said she was the manager. My brother a 68 year old disabled senior citizen purchased a pair of glasses for $530.70 February 3, found out his vision insurance award not accepted, he called and the manager assured him of a refund in a couple of weeks. It is now April 24th he has called that location several times and multiple times their corporate office. On March 23 he was told the have issued him a check, but their “accounts payable” is down and they are having issues. Absolutely the best eye care place I've been to. The staff was very helpful and made sure to answer any questions I had. The best part was when they told me it would take 2 weeks and it's only been 4 days!!!! Very excited about receiving them early since not having an exam and lenses pushed into dollar tree frames.. Thank you AMERICANS BEST...I THINK U TRULY WERE THE BEST FOR ME
My experience at this glasses store was unacceptable. I was clearly rushed while trying to select a frame, which made it difficult to make an informed decision. Communication was also lacking, as key details were not explained clearly or thoroughly. Most concerning was the unprofessional behavior from a staff.
