Getting glasses is easy, but not very friendly with customer service. The lady helping me adjust my glasses appeared to be getting frustrated with helping me adjust the fit once they arrived.
Awful customer service. Dont even try to get your prescription from them.
Brittney the store manager was great she took care of a messy situation where I had to deal with a racist employee. Shout out to Brittney for being a fair and kind human being.

Had a great experience at America’s Best in Grandview today! Staff is all very kind, and the store has a great selection of glasses to choose from. Miss Brittney was especially helpful answering all of my questions and giving me excellent feedback!
