I’m extremely happy with my new glasses! The quality feels premium, the fit is comfortable for all-day wear, and the lenses are crystal clear. I’ve received multiple compliments on the style, and they’ve made a huge difference in my vision. Ordering was simple, shipping was fast, and the packaging was well done. I especially want to thank the amazing staff Nkechi, Ayo, and Star for their outstanding customer service. They’re the real reason I can see so clearly now, and I’m truly grateful for their help. Highly recommend to ... read more
America’s Worst should be the name. What an awful experience. The charges, the first Doctor I saw was as friendly as a broken robot. Faxing is apparently hard to do as well. The commercials are great but a total lie. They nickel and dime you to death. I wouldn’t go back if they paid me. Nope, never again!

Akasia was very helpful and professional and made our experience there enjoyable.
The optometrist was very nice and professional, but whenever you’re going to buy the glasses be prepared to get different random quotes, they started with a $413 quote for two pair of glasses, then $220 for one, then $420 for the same one, then $570 for the same first two. Eye exam is only free when you buy two pair of glasses for $89 something each (minimum) but at the end you’ll pay over $400. It’s all a trick. Very unprofessional and a waste of our time.
