This 1 star review is for their online "service". I ordered my contacts after they did my eye exam and on the day I'm expecting to receive them, they never show up. I check on the website and it says my order was canceled. No call, no email, no nothing. So I call and apparently there was a "glitch" and it was canceled by accident. Yeah, ok. So the guy reorder's my contacts, and on the day they are to be delivered.....nothing, again. So I check the website and it says "prescription pending verification".
