I had a frustrating experience during my visit. The front desk staff was unprofessional, asking repetitive questions and blaming others for errors. Better communication and customer service would improve the experience. Thanks to the managers for stepping in to resolve this matter professionally. And special thanks to the person who fixed my glasses with attention to detail and lots of care.
It was great .had a exams found new frams.i leave in Tennessee an broke my glass while he visiting. An people here gave me great help.
The staff, especially Kim and Edwin were amazing. Very personable, super helpful and very diligent making sure we were happy with everything. They took their time and did not rush us.
The service at America’s Best in Fremont is beyond a 10. I have been there several times and the service has been excellent every time. Kim & Edwin are great people to work with. I can’t say enough on their customer service. This is one of my requirements for a business. Funny to say but you actually feel important to them. No I am not a relative just a customer that was happy I found them. The prices are so reasonable.
