I came in for my annual check up on Saturday and Tabatha assisted me. She was absolutely fabulous and made the experience incredibly enjoyable. She’s an absolute gem and would recommend her if you stop by this location!
The staff that work here are terrible. They tell you the wrong time frames for when your prescription is ready. You are ALWAYS on hold 30 minutes just to get one answered question. They always struggle verifying insurance and try to overcharge. Sad because my husband and I loved americas best. But this location is not operated correctly. I expressed that to the management lady on the phone and said we will more than likely not return to this location.. she said with a laugh “okay no worries!!” And hung up. Sarah did my first eye exam and was excellent. She did a great job of explaining the process and what each test was for and answered all my questions!
