meh. Was just ok. Ended up purchasing 6 pairs of glasses for 3 people. One pair doesn’t fit and there wasn’t anything they could do about it but exchange them, and make me pay even more money. We were already over budget because of the sales clerk couldn’t explain how the pricing worked. Then when we went for fitting a different sales clerk helped us and let us know the arm of the glasses was too long and they wouldn’t fit my daughter and there was nothing she could do besides exchanged them but Becuase we bought a discounte... read more
Just called to aquire about some help, and whoever you have answering your phones has DISGUSTING customer service. Answered the phone and didnt inteoduce herself, i honestly thought i called the wrong number. Asked my question and she seemed so bothered that she had to talk to me. Then i can literally hear how hard she slammed the phone to hangup . Do better.
I had a terrible customer service experience at America’s Best. I ordered two pairs of glasses expecting good value. The eye exam itself was fine, but the experience completely went downhill during the purchase process. I was charged for multiple add-ons that were never clearly presented as optional. The representative spoke extremely fast and rushed me through the transaction, and before I fully realized what was happening, I had already swiped my card for nearly $300. Dr. James, Alex, Abby and the rest of the crew were amazing. Super personable, explained everything extensively, and exuded such airy, bright energy! Everyone in the store helped me pick out new frames and they ensured the process was seamless, the appointment didn't feel the least bit like a chore. Highly recommend them!
Everything worked as expected. Pleasant staff and clean environment.
