Dr. James, Alex, Abby and the rest of the crew were amazing. Super personable, explained everything extensively, and exuded such airy, bright energy! Everyone in the store helped me pick out new frames and they ensured the process was seamless, the appointment didn't feel the least bit like a chore. Highly recommend them!
Everything worked as expected. Pleasant staff and clean environment.
Needed an appointment really bad because my glasses were broken. they got me in within two days and i even got a trial pair of contacts for the mean time until i get my new glasses <3 thank this amazing team of wonderful people. especially when taking into consideration my headaches and issues seeing at night.
I absolutely love America's Best. I have been to several locations in Illinois, South Carolina and Indiana, The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The staff at the Apple Glen location are outstanding.
