They were sweet , and it was quick appointment
Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The young woman who ran reception was extremely rude. When I was informed that they were not a preferred provider for my insurance, I took my prescription to another company. I was unable to use my insurance because America’s best had already Locked me out of my benefits. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. When I called them to have it released, they informed me it wasn’t their responsibility and I needed to call the insurance company myself.
Worst customer service in the business. I’m not one to give negative reviews on a public forum, I am of the Philosophy if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything or if you don’t have anything nice to say come sit next to me and we can both talk trash. In this case I’m going to talk trash. I have to tell of my negative experience at American’s Best of Easley. They should change the name to America’s Worst! This place mistreated my immigrant parents just for the fact they don’t speak English. Extremely rude staff! I’m so beyond disappointed. The fact that they have a translator and still choose to not welcome non-English speakers is absurd. BE BETTER. Manager got defensive instead of apologizing
