It is unfortunate that such a nice and knowledgeable doctor is surrounded by such unprofessional staff. My daughter, who has sensory sensitivity, got contacts for the first time. They require a “class” on putting contacts in and removing contacts before relinquishing the contacts to the patients— understandable. However, the assistant manager, kind at first, was out of line and extremely unprofessional in dealing with my daughter. She was very apprehensive about putting in her contacts, which created a great deal of anxiety.... read more
Today’s appointment was a follow up for contacts. After waiting over an hour and only seeing somebody for less than five minutes, we were told the contacts aren’t even in stock. I was led to believe this would be a quick appointment and it was anything but that
Definitely not America's best.
We brought our prescriptions for glasses from a different place from which we had our eyes checked, and the staff were really nice and friendly and efficient. My glasses were in in 8 days, and my wife's glasses were in in 10. We very pleased with them for sure and next time we'll have everything done there instead of getting eye exams someplace else!!
