I’ve been with America’s Best for well over 10 years. My husband’s doctor recommended him have an eye exam, so we went with this one located in Easley SC. I have also used this location for myself and children. I had a very bad experience a couple of years ago. I spoke to the manager and it was addressed so I continued going. Back to my husband.. he had an exam and ordered his glasses. Even with insurance we paid almost $300 for one pair. They are supposed to be scratch resistant. It is unfortunate that such a nice and knowledgeable doctor is surrounded by such unprofessional staff. My daughter, who has sensory sensitivity, got contacts for the first time. They require a “class” on putting contacts in and removing contacts before relinquishing the contacts to the patients— understandable. However, the assistant manager, kind at first, was out of line and extremely unprofessional in dealing with my daughter. She was very apprehensive about putting in her contacts, which created a great deal of anxiety.... read more
Today’s appointment was a follow up for contacts. After waiting over an hour and only seeing somebody for less than five minutes, we were told the contacts aren’t even in stock. I was led to believe this would be a quick appointment and it was anything but that
