Went here 4 weeks ago— was told my glasses would be done by the 6th. I called on the 7th to just ask about them and was rudely met with “did you get a text???” I hung up. I work in a gas station and don’t talk to people with that amount of disregard. I’ve been wearing glasses since i was 6. I’m 23, i lost my glasses at a theme park and need them replaced. I was on vacation when I realized I didn’t bring my contacts. I made an appt here and planned the go in the morning. I’m not from the area and due to local construction I was 20 minutes late to my appt. They were able to fit me in and the service was very fast and efficient. Thank you

I’ve been wearing progressive lenses for 20 years. This wad the worst experience ever. I can not see to read with the glasses and my intermediate vision is blurry. Wes was rude and condescending and is insisting that it takes 2 weeks before you are able to adjust to a new prescription before you can see clear enough to read. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!
