I had the best experience with the doctor and the staff here today. doctor definitely knows her stuff and she spent the time to make sure my sight was perfectly dialed in. staff made me comfortable in what ive felt in the past at other places an awkward experience. also the price and plans they offer are easy on the budget. totally recommend this location 10 stars
CAN YOU GET LOWER THAN 1 STAR? UPDATE THEY CAN NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO RETURN MY MONEY! CHRISTINA THE GENERAL MANAGER HAS MY RETURNED GLASSES AND NO MONEY BACK TO ME... AS OF TODAY! It was one issue on my part, I had fraud on the card I used to buy them so they could not get it back on that card. How about cash, how about the check the promised.... JUST RETURN MY MONEY!!!!!!!!! Certainly not impressed! I went for my exam 5.5 weeks ago and JUST got my glasses. First go round they put the wrong prescription in one of the glasses. Waited again, went to pick them up and the exact same prescription was in them. Waited again, went to pick them up and they claim "this time" the prescription is correct. But one day trying them they don't seem as good as my old ones and that is not great news! My friend went there and the same thing happen. The deal to get you in the door is slightly dishonest as there are few optins at those prices. But I still got a great deal and good service and will come back for future needs.
