I visited America's Best , located at 1800 South Loop 288 Suite 205 in Denton, Texas. The experience was awesome. "Hunter" was amazing in customer service. Entering the store Hunter acknowledged and greeted with a smile and hello. His "down to earth" personality was geniune. He answered my questions and didn't hesitate to make adjustments on glasses I brought with me. Truly appreciate his kindness and thoughtfulness.

The glasses came crooked when I received them and “nothing can be done to change them” then after a few months of having them the gold plate came off on the sides and front and was staining my aides green and was told it was my greasy face when ive been wearing metal frames all mu life. No attempt to help or check if we had insurance or anything. For 350$ glasses im never going back.

Sophie was very helpful. She was super sweet and caring. She helped me fill out my patient sheet because I did not have my readers with me. She also explained my benefits to me . The Doctos there are the best! Only issue with the store was that the manager there was telling the employees how much they were behind on sales outloud. He was pushing for sales infront of the customers. Looks like the employees were doing a good job he was just pushing for sales a bit much .
