I had a fantastic experience at America’s Best! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming from start to finish. Dr. Allan is by far the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen. He took the time to thoroughly explain my eye health and what steps I can take to protect it moving forward. He answered all of my questions and made sure I truly understood everything, which really put me at ease. They are amazing the eye doctors are very good and give you all the information. And very helpful. Everyone was so kind.
Just Spoke with Yamese. She was very rude and left me on hold for over 10mins. When she finially returned, she proceeded to ask me the same questions again, as if I was a new caller. She then started smacking her teeth when I stated, that I still needed the PD for sons prescription. Then she still smacking her teeth, as if Im annoying her and saif ohh.. yeah. She put me back on hold again before returning with the information. However...I had to call back again to confirm the information, cause it wasn't wasn't enough number... read more
