Made an appointment online, they canceled. OK, I make a new one, show up and they say they have no doctor there and my appointment has disappeared. Called customer service, waited 20 min for someone to pick up and left my complaint. No communication on my appointment being canceled the second time.
Do Not recommend. Especially the location I use. Lens popping out of frames. Same lenses but 3 different frames. Employee blamed lab but they still gave them to me like that. I found this location very unprofessional as well. I used this company for years and no longer will be going back.
The customer service at the location is extremely unprofessional, particularly the blond representative with glasses who typically sits in the second row to the left. She communicates in an aggressive and loud manner. Despite my repeated requests for her to lower her voice, she refused. Furthermore, all representatives in the store require retraining as they lack current knowledge regarding insurance coverage and corresponding amounts.
