Dr Bailey was amazing as always, but the front end... My husband and I had our appointment in the beginning of Feb. We both ordered contacts. A month later I call (because we heard nothing from them), my husband's trials were in. But not my colored contacts. I wait for another 3 weeks and call about my contacts. The first person says they aren't in yet (almost 2 months later!!!). She says she will check with manager and have her call me. America’s Best really needs to train their staff better. They called to say my contacts were ready, so I drove over 30 minutes to pick them up only to find out the prescription hasn’t arrived, hadn’t even been added to my online profile I been a customer for over 6 years and this is the first time my prescription is not available online. They don’t email or mail prescriptions either, and trying to get help over the phone is frustrating. Their customer service is seriously lacking in THIS location.
Excellent Customer Service
Extremely rude and miserable associates. The only pleasant ones were the doctor and the person who helped me purchase my glasses and frames. My appointment was several weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my second pair glasses to arrive. I will never book an appointment at this location again.
We can not thank Amy, Patricia and her staff enough. A few days ago our college son ran in 15min prior to store closing with broken glasses . They immediately helped him. Today I got to meet the staff and as a parent a few hours away, I am so grateful for the kind, caring and professionalism they showed. We greatly appreciated it.
