Naz was excellent
My son had a contact lens training with Deb in Howell NJ and she was exceptionally patient and kind! It was my son's third try and he was becoming discouraged, but she did an amazing job guiding him and rebuilding his confidence! Deb the Rivera family thanks you!
The staff is not nice, there is no service, they didn't let me finish a single sentence and interrupted me in the middle, they didn't explain to me or answer my questions, and when I wanted to pay or order glasses, there wasn't even a single person to place the order or pay for me... I didn't even buy one in the end. But when I went to the Deal branch, everything was perfectly fine.
Have been going there for years and always had a great experience. Not so with my last visit. Staff unprofessional and dismissive. Quality of product and service not the same. Will find another location for my needs.
