Horrible service. received a text message at 5:50 pm letting me know my $500 glasses was ready for pickup on a Saturday when the store close at 6:00 pm. got to the stores at 6:01 pm and 3 staff members looked at me and turned their backs and walked away as if they didn't see me. being in retail for over 20 years, if a customer came to the door at the time of closing we would still find out what they needed. but I guess I was a fool for doing that. they had no problem staying late taking my money, so why not just give me my g... read more
Just called this location and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. Off that encounter alone they won’t be getting my money, don’t book this location if you’re looking, save yourself the time.
Aisha was very nice, poised, & helpful. Ms. Aisha is very friendly & helpful. This is my second time coming in. The first time she was assisting my daughter & neice. She was just as delightful then with a smile as she is today when I was coming to get my own glasses. I look forward to coming in again to get my glasses from her. Excellent customer service.
