My glasses apparently were in on the seventh of this month didn’t get a phone call until the 17th to say that they lost them and it’s gonna be another two weeks that they will rush it. I didn’t realize that two weeks was a rush. Never will go to them again.

Called about 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment and was told they did not have any appointments for the remainder of June. Although they were booking out in July. They could not schedule any appointments because the July calendar hasn't opened. So, they physically can't schedule July appointments. I was told to call back in a couple of weeks. This has to be the worst business model possible. They are essentially telling potential customers to go elsewhere.

Disappointed! I really need a eye exam. I called America's Best, and AJ answered. I asked to make a appointment, and he told me they do not have any opening until July. I am in the medical field, and surprised that they would be booked that far out. Not being a specialist. This is terrible the response from the owner did not even make sense to my review.

Erin is so nice and I would come back just for her! She was on her own on a very busy Saturday and despite that, she handled everything so well. Seems strange that she was the only person up front considering how busy they were. Erin is the best!!!
