Made an appointment for my son to get a new contact prescription 2 weeks in advance the appointment was confirmed 3 separate times and then 2 hours before he was due to go in, after we took time off work for this confirmed appointment some lady with an attitude called to say you have to be a patient for 2 years before they will give you contacts?!?! I have been going to eye doctors for 20 years and have never heard of any bs like this! Worst place ever! Do not go!!!!

I went to America’s Best in Manchester CT and it was the BEST EXPERIENCE ever! The staff was professional, friendly & so nice. I was able to get frames that I thought I wouldn’t be able to get because of my lenses prescription. The price was very reasonable too. I enjoyed it so much that I booked my annual appointment for 2027!!!!!!!!! Thank you all at America’s Best in Manchester CT!!!!
They stated they called me the day of my appointment to tell me they dont have a doctor in order for me to be seen for contacts. I made my appointment a week ago. Location was in Manchester and I live in windsorlocks. Ridiculous!!!
Bad experience - two times there - 1st they got me the wrong glasses - then the ones they got are also bad - going to Farmington like I did last time. - Staff leaves alot to be desired
