I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. I HAD MY appointmen with the doctor he wanted me to try dailies. They had to order them. She said a few days when I hadn't heard from them in 2 weeks I called. They said yes your order is there. Wonder how long I would have waited had I not called. I have been a customer here for 10 years,always satisfied until now. I had cataract surgery and brought my prescription here rather than use their recomended in house service that has proven to be a major mistake. The first pair was so bad I experienced double vision couldn't see,their recommendation try then for a couple days! I’m 45 and haven’t had an eye exam in probably 7 years. I noticed my up close vision was getting a bit blurry. I went in today for an exam. The process was simple and efficient. The staff was polite, professional and accommodating. I left there today after ordering my first ever pair of glasses

I’ve been going to America’s Best for probably 12 years, and until this experience, I had never had an issue. Unfortunately, this experience was so frustrating that I will not be returning to this location. I ordered glasses and contacts about three weeks ago. I never received a call that my order was ready, so I called the location myself. I was told that my glasses were there, so I went in to pick up my order.
