I had a problem with my glasses after they came in The manager couldn't have been a more helpful person ever. He immediately resolved my issues and made me feel like I did nothing wrong. I am so satisfied after his help I would recommend this place to anyone

Waited almost 2 hours to even be seen and I finally get my glasses and they tell me that we talked about making them reading glasses only which never happened and we even talked about my profession or work at a doctor's office and the drastic difference between my reading and my distance vision is so bad that when I'm looking at the computer and then I will look up to look at a patient it instantly makes me sick and I suffer from migraine so this is the worst ever and they said there's nothing they can do are you kidding me ... read more

Called to confirm they took my insurance before booking appointment and they verified they did. Paid for my balance due after insurance and placed order. When I picked up my glasses I couldn't see out of them. They told me I had to wait until my eyes adjusted. I insisted there was no way it was that off. Turned out the prescription was completely wrong. Had to wait another 2 weeks for glasses to get changed. Now 6 months later I get a bill stating insurance didn't cover anything.
