I recently had to change in insurance providers and had to find a new eye doctor. I gave America's Best in Tarentum( Pittsburgh Mills) a try. My experience at this location was great from start to finish. the girl at the front desk was super nice, The doctor listened to the issues I had with my previous prescription, corrected them, and now I have glasses that I can actually wear, And the gentleman who both helped me choose and order my glasses and then also helped me when I picked them up was kind as well. They associates are mean over the phone. They don’t let you know when your glasses arrive and when you call and ask they make it seem like you’re creating a problem that is they have to process the glasses when they come in.
I had a problem with my glasses after they came in The manager couldn't have been a more helpful person ever. He immediately resolved my issues and made me feel like I did nothing wrong. I am so satisfied after his help I would recommend this place to anyone
Waited almost 2 hours to even be seen and I finally get my glasses and they tell me that we talked about making them reading glasses only which never happened and we even talked about my profession or work at a doctor's office and the drastic difference between my reading and my distance vision is so bad that when I'm looking at the computer and then I will look up to look at a patient it instantly makes me sick and I suffer from migraine so this is the worst ever and they said there's nothing they can do are you kidding me ... read more
