Had an appointment claimed they no longer took my insurance when I’ve been going there two years. Checked my policy, they do take my insurance so clearly they don’t know what they’re doing. I don’t know. I’ll find another place to take my business.
Torture is a the best way of putting it. Although Rachel -not a manager but should replace the one that is at that location, was sweet and helpful. However after trying out my contact lenses I’m having issues. I’m told that to correct the situation I must speak with a manager, but cannot make an appointment to do so I can only come up there and wait my turn which I tried to do on two different occasions both times for over an hour and neither time did I get waited on. the manager that was there both times and I believe her n... read more
Rachel at the mills was amazing. She left no stone unturned. Was always patient. In spite of how busy she was I never felt rushed or ignored. I left feeling like I had been at a spa day not an eye appointment. Also the store was very clean and organized. Thanks Rachel
