Rachel at the mills was amazing. She left no stone unturned. Was always patient. In spite of how busy she was I never felt rushed or ignored. I left feeling like I had been at a spa day not an eye appointment. Also the store was very clean and organized. Thanks Rachel
Had a standard contacts and eye exam which went fine. Would have been a five star review, but when I was leaving I went to the person at the front desk who wasn’t doing anything and asked to pay and was told to have seat. I wasn’t interested in sitting down so after 5 minutes I asked another person who wasn’t doing anything if she could take my payment, again I got told to have seat. Finally after 10 minutes I got help with the payment and got prices for my prescription, which were way higher than Costco and Wal Mart, these ... read more
Their glasses are junk. Warranty for a replacement pair, just 1, that's it. My lenses were supposed to be scratch resistant, and we're scratched a few times in just a couple weeks. Took them back, for another pair, and same thing and now they don't do anything about it. Frames are junk and fall apart as well. They lie about the get one free they always advertise, you go up there to get some glasses and then oh, yours don't qualify, per usual. Great at making appointments. Terrible at keeping appointments showed for my appointment and was told they couldn't do it because they had no eye dr in the store and couldn't get a dr on a tele vision. I was never told before hand that the eye dr would be remote and will never go back or have a remote eye exam
