Very disappointed. Went for an eye exam. Doctor did not dilate my eyes and said I would need to come back for that! I have never needed to make a separate appointment for dilation! Doctor looked in my eyes “all good”. They were not. Ended up at another doctor. I wonder if they actually did a full eye exam if the issue would have been caught!
The doctor was rude & would only prescribe daily contact lenses for my son. When questioned, she said that we could find another provider if we wanted bi -weekly. My son has always worn bi-weekly contacts & the daily ones are too expensive.
Niki and Ana are incredible. We love Americas Best!! The employees are kind, thoughtful and helpful and the prices are so low!!!! You can even get contact and eye yearly exams for so cheap. I highly recommend. And they taught my daughter how to put in contacts at 11!!! Amazing :)
We just got my husband’s glasses and when we opened them they were dirty and messed up with glue
I have been to this location several times for myself and 2 of my children…let me tell you, I have never received the level of care and professionalism at an eye care facility than I have here. The doctors are kind, compassionate and prioritize patient care along with respecting our busy schedules by seeing us on time.
