Absolutely absurd. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. They mixed up my appointment, don’t feel sorry for that, super unprofessional, and being rude on the phone. 1. I did my routine eye exam last week and they told me they need to order my contacts trail package, and they’ll let me know when it is there. They checked my insurance and said I just need to pay for the fitting. I would never schedule an eye exam here. Saturday afternoon they canceled an appointment at the drop of a hat because we arrived like 8 mins late. And guess what , not another person in the premise. 3 people from the staff sat tight saying they cancel in 10 mins. We were right there even before 9 mins ! Clearly the staff is not interested in doing work here. Worst service ever. I drove 25 mins for this.

I don’t think the staff here is interested in working. They look for reasons to cancel appointments rather than attend to them. The store is empty , no customers yet they cancel appointments coz of 5-6 mins delay on the clock ! I’m yet to come across a more ridiculous store. The owner definitely needs to take a look.
