Very nice customer service, Angel was very helpful and kind. Quick checkout, cute glasses and great price!
This place is the Walmart of eye care— or worse. I won’t be returning. Despite bringing my previous prescription to avoid issues, they still got my new contacts and prescription wrong. I had to wait two weeks just to get a follow-up retest scheduled. When I finally arrived for that appointment, I was left waiting over two hours. The staff seemed disorganized and poorly trained. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.
Popped into America's Best in Watchung for a quick eye check, and left with a stylish pair of glasses that didn’t break the bank. Staff was super friendly and knew their stuff—my peepers are grateful!
