This is the second time I was called to pickup my new glasses and the Howell Nj location didn’t have optician to adjust my new glasses, and takes away from the excitement of getting your new glasses. My family and I will not be going here anymore. Secondly they run specials which make no sense. 2pairs with progressive lenses for 289.00. Billion was 600.00 for scratch coating. Deceptive practices……
Went into the store to get service today and Rene was so helpful, cheerful, and really made me feel comfortable. I wanna praise him for his service and I highly recommend the store.
Great experience here. Went in for an eye exam and was initially helped by Sameer, who was very kind and made the process easy from start to finish. My main exam was done by Dr. Kravitz, who was very professional and kind. They were very accomodating and overall had a pleasant experience here. Highly recommend!
