I seldom review but the experience was horrible. I should have known when whomever answered the phone hung up 3 times. When we arrived the store was empty on a Saturday afternoon. Usually packed. Most importantly the eye exam Was horrible. Im having issues with my distance vision and said he said all was fine and i didn't need glasses for vision. Not a comprehensive exam at all. The gentleman who helped me pick out my new frames was truly wonderful, Kervin was so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. I just went there today with my mom, and my daughter who was sleeping so peacefully lol! ANYWAYS. I just want to say Julia is the most sweetest person I have ever encountered at America’s best. She allowed me to pick out my glasses and didn’t make me feel rushed or anything. She was so helpful and super kind. I truly recommend Julia to help you out.
