I came in with a broken pair of glasses that were no longer under warranty. My lenses were still the same prescription and Corie was able to help me so quickly and professionally , finding an exact match that fit my lenses. Not only did I save money, but I walked out the same day with new glasses and the lenses reinstalled. I could not have asked for a better experience. Had a RX from my eye doctor. Just needed to order new glasses. From the minute I walked in everyone was super nice. They helped me pick out my new frames and ordered my glasses with my Doctors RX. Eight days later my new pair came in. Very happy with this location. Thank you all very much.
This was my second visit to this location. Both times i was pleasantly surprised how well i was treated. Personable and professional. I highly recommend this location. My first i was helped by Isabel not sure of spelling and today was greeted warmly by her and Michele took care of me. Both i give high praise for their customer service.
