The term incompetence is perfect to describe this place. I came here in January as my wife gets her glasses here and she told me to give it a shot. I should divorce her for the awful advice as this place sucks. The staff were great and I don’t have any issues with them, but the Dr that is there is another story altogether. I go to see this creep to do an eye exam and it was needless to say not a good experience. He just gave me the wrong vibes and didn’t do a thorough exam at all. I decided to try this place out for the first time after discovering how reasonable their prices were compared to so many other places. Not only were they reasonably priced but the hospitality I was greeted with was exceptional. The ladies behind their desk that were helping me pick out the perfect set of glasses for me some of the nicest ladies I’ve ever met and happy to help me with every single thing I needed. This was such a lovely experience 🩷 Love it here
Dr. Kravitz was so kind and professional. We need more people like him in the world. Michelle was very attentive and so personable. This place is lucky to have them.

The doctor and the tech were very helpful. Geneen who helped me after the exam was amazing! She helped me pick my frames and explained the different types of glasses and how they fit the bridge of your nose and face. She made the process (which I honestly was a bit dreading) so fun and easy!
