I just went there today with my mom, and my daughter who was sleeping so peacefully lol! ANYWAYS. I just want to say Julia is the most sweetest person I have ever encountered at America’s best. She allowed me to pick out my glasses and didn’t make me feel rushed or anything. She was so helpful and super kind. I truly recommend Julia to help you out. She has patience of a saint, even when my mom took my glasses off my face to try them on not realizing Julia was going to scan my face, she at least found it super funny LOL! Suc... read more
I enjoyed the experience at this lovely facility. Everyone was kind, and helpful. They helped fix my son’s glasses at no cost, and have schedule for his next visit hassle free. The staff were extremely pleasant. I will be returning with the entire family! Must go to place!
It was my first time ever at an America’s Best but it won’t be my last. The entire process was a breeze. Elizabeth is wonderful. She is very personable and friendly, and she helped me every step of the way. I never felt rushed and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. The Englishtown location that I went to was super clean and organized. I tried on about 25 different pair of frames until we decided on the ones that would work best for me. I’m extremely happy and I cannot recommend Elizabeth enough!
Extremely long wait times
We tried making an appointment at this location because we have been a reglar there. The receptionist we spoke with got very impatient, repeatedly huffing and puffing on the phone, while we were checking our schedule to pick the date, which was baffling assuming it's part of her job for which she gets compensated. At first, I ignored giving her the benefit of the doubt and thinking maybe she was having a system issue, etc. which happens to myself quite often.
