I’ve had previous issue at Bethlehem location hanging up the phone and i really needed help getting my mothers contacts. Thank you to the manager who’s name was Heather here at this location went above and beyond to help me with my situation and fixing it. She was very professional and just patient despite me being upset. I’m very thankful to have had her help assist in resolving my situation. Thank you! I will be having my mom come back here from now on.

Exemplary customer service! I stopped by to inquire about my glasses, which had already been delayed due to a lab error. Kat mentioned that a shipment had just arrived that day, and my glasses might be in one of the boxes. While I stepped away to the restroom, she took the initiative to open the boxes and surprised me with my glasses when I returned.
