So let me just start off by sharing my horrible experience first and last experience with americas best of Glen mills pa in the Concordville town center. I needed two of my current glasses tightened I work nearby and just wanted to kill two birds with one stone well should’ve thought twice, so I walked in where I wasn’t greeted at all by the two woman working one being Anastasia they were extremely unpleasant and very miserable looking. I had the opportunity to visit this optical shop—specifically this location—and the service was incredibly polite, personable, and warm. The purchasing options were excellent; they were always eager to help and offer advice, taking the time to explain the details. Dorothy is undoubtedly my favorite—100 stars! definitely be coming back. 🤓
