I got an eye exam and updated glasses prescription, the team was great, Nick, Des and Marcos all were very professional and answered my questions in a way that made me feel like they cared about my experience, not just regurgitating sales pitches. 10/10 experience and I will continue coming here for my optical needs.
Made online for 2:20 for remote eye exam as it was a Saturday an# obviously no optician available. Get there a good five minutes before and told woman appt. Time. Okay go sit. Mgr. Couldn't get the only machine up and working. Finally did not for him to use just for the actual worker to give the exam. The person waiting before me was taken first...who know how long she was waiting....after almost 20 in I motioned to your managedissatisfied
