The sales lady named Des is extremely unprofessional. She was speaking to me about a coworker in training and was gossiping to ME A CUSTOMER!! I made sure to tell the technician that she was doing wonderful.
Customer service is horrible very ignorant very disrespectful other than the lady upfront doing the check-in. Go to the one in Downingtown
We recently had 3 of our daughters visit America's Best in Parkersburg for eye exams and contacts. The Dr was both efficient and thorough. Des helped us patiently as we went through the ordering process and insurance and also endured the girls' antics. They all walked away saying that they loved "Ms Des" and that it was best experience they've had.
