Nicara was the best! She took one look at my glasses and knew exactly how to make them fit way better on my head!
Do not go here they are liars and cheats they tell you one price and then when u pick out the right glasses then there like well it's going to be this much more to make them prescription like what!!!
I had a fantastic experience at this store. The whole staff was AMAZING and incredibly helpful. They all had great customer service and personalities! They taught me how to put in and take out my contacts and coached me along every step of the way. Their support made the process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an eye exam, eyeglasses, or contact lenses.
Since we walked on the door the first question was: do you accept Cigna? Yes we do was the answer. Can you please check coverage, for us to choose coverage on the frame? The store had no customers. I asked several times, they will get busy, we know, it did! When we had the prescription ready, oh you are out of network, my guess, they knew it. I've been a regular customer for years, but this time I received the glasses with wrong frame and blurry lenses. The staff promised to fix them in a few weeks, but I never got a call, and when I returned, my glasses weren't there. I was told there was no record of them. This experience has been disappointing. I recommend obtaining written confirmation if you are required to leave your glasses for repairs.
