I had a great experience here today (1/19). I scheduled a 10:00 AM appointment for my mother, arrived early, and we were out the door by 10:07 AM - with two frames already selected. My mother has a moderate prescription and recently underwent double cataract surgery in September 2025. We were very pleased with the short wait time, efficient service, and the transparent pricing. There was no upsell; it truly was $95 for two pairs. Thanks!
$90 if you are not buying glasses which is not the staff’s fault, but when I was surprised at the cost I felt the front desk woman got a little tight with me upon checkout. The young lady that did the exam was fine, as well as the doctor.
This store’s service is an absolute disgrace and utterly unacceptable. I ordered two pairs of glasses, and one arrived with completely incorrect lenses. I immediately called to report the issue and was assured they would fix it. When I specifically asked the representative if I needed to return the frames for reuse, she explicitly told me they could no longer use the original frames—so, relying on that information, I threw the glasses away.
