Please don’t waste your time coming to this store. Rude and unprofessional person at the checkout counter plus very clueless about what she was doing. I will never waste my time or money here again.
Unfortunately the service at this location has went down in the last few months. I was told I would not be allowed to use my insurance over the phone to order contacts. However they were more than willing to have me pay out of pocket. They also would not allow me to get my prescription through email only through a fax. This business model won’t last in the digital age. Based on this experience I will no longer recommend or be using this location after I have to physically enter the store for my latest prescription.
They said you offered translation on the page. We arrived and the doctor was all hysterical and desperate. We know our responsibility to speak in English, but you shouldn't offer a service on the page that they don't have.
Ordered mine and my son’s glasses on 12/26/24. Mine were ready by 1/9/25 and one of the lens are not cut correctly and make a creaking noise (the fix? Send them back and wait MORE time lol). Anyway, back to my son’s situation. I called several times over the weeks and kept getting told they were delayed because mail was delayed due to the snow (understandable).
