The America’s Best manager at the Creve Coeur store ( Traci Lady) was amazing!!! She has been very patient, kind, and accommodating with helping me work through the challenges of my eye glasses not working properly from another. Mrs. Lady was attentive and helped me to resolve the problem at hand!!

I had the displeasure of "meeting" TRACY FURLOW. I came into this office on a day the employees were complaining OUT LOUD VERY LOUD about their hours, pay, and expressing their disdain for the company as a whole. The main person who was the loudest and egging things on was TRACY FURLOW. It seemed that she was enciting the others negatively to keep the conversation going.
