Horrible. My partner made an appointment 2 weeks ago for 11 a.m on a Saturday. They switched the appointment to 10:50 without letting him know, then he waited for an hour once we got there, and to top it off, once they took him into the exam room there was a video doctor. Not an actual doctor. He has bad eyes anyway, yet you want to conduct an actual eye exam via video? He decided not to continue and left.
This store is refusing to issue me a refund on merchandise I never even got.
Worst place ever stopped going because they messed up my contacts
Our exam was rushed Dr. rushed through the exam, spoke really really very fast, didn’t allow time for q&a. Maybe shouldn’t schedule to may eye exam in one day.
Justin helped us throughout with patience and understanding. Very insightful young man. He absolutely brought my dinosaur eyewear back to par. April is absolutely amazing! Her pleasant presence lights a room. Loved the atmosphere. Thank you!!
