The service at the store was fine but the Eyeglass cases that you provide or Trash. When I pay for Eyeglasses I don't expect to get cases this flimsy. I'll probably never use you again!!!!
Dr. Perrine did a thorough and excellent job explaining everything about my vision (nearsightedness plus astigmatism, also with trouble focusing close up - eg to read smaller type). As a clinical researcher Ph.D., I really appreciated clearly understanding my condition, and how it might change over time. He also referred me for glaucoma testing. The America’s Best manager at the Creve Coeur store ( Traci Lady) was amazing!!! She has been very patient, kind, and accommodating with helping me work through the challenges of my eye glasses not working properly from another. Mrs. Lady was attentive and helped me to resolve the problem at hand!!
