I 100% cannot give the employees at this location any less credit than they deserve. Ciara, Justin, Keisha, and Maddie were so incredibly helpful, pleasant, kind, humorous, and went out of their way to help us! My husband and stepson got eyeglasses, and I got eyeglasses and contacts. All of these processes were seamless even as they happened on different days, and my husband even ended up returning both frames because they weren't comfortable the way he originally thought. My experience with everyone in the store was pleasant and professional with the exception of the store manager, Allison. Allison has a poor attitude. She acts as if she thinks she is above the customer and is unwilling to explain procedures . I had to take my progressive lenses back because the lenses were not fitted properly. There was a lot of distortions. Allison was the person who did the first fittings for the lenses which were not appropriate for my vision. I returned the glasses. My recent experience highlighted a serious need for improvement in this office’s customer service. From the moment I walked in, the tone was set by a front desk team that acted irritated and uninterested in helping. Basic courtesy — a greeting, eye contact, or even a neutral attitude — was missing. Instead, every interaction felt like I was bothering them just by showing up. Just popped in here to have my glasses adjusted. The glasses were not even from America’s Best, but I was hoping they could still help! They were very kind, immediately helped me out, and didn’t charge!
