The entire team at this location is so helpful! I chose some designer frames that I have a love/hate relationship with due to them needing to be tightened on the sides very often. Everyone is understanding and helps me with a smile!

I absolutely love the Sierra Springs Lane location in Fort Worth. I always get great service. From the receptionist, Trish, being so welcoming; the tech, Kristy, being so quick and proficient; Dr. Nguyen explaining everything so thoroughly and answering all my questions; to finally the optician, Ivonne. She walked me through all my options my insurance covered and recommended certain features for my glasses based on me having ASM and an astigmatism. Very good customer service!! Trish gives you a warm and friendly welcome when you come in. Kristie is friendly and proficient in the eye screening. Dr. Nguyen is thorough and patient with your care. And Tanisha will keep you laughing and entertained while offering your best options for your glasses and contacts!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at America’s Best Eyewear. I ordered contact lenses and was told they would arrive within a reasonable timeframe. Instead, it took months for my order to come in, with very little communication from the store during the delay. Every time we called we we're given a completey different answer and Here we are 4 months later and still no solution. I had to keep following up myself, and each time I called, I received vague answers and no real urgency to fix the problem. 4 months late... read more
