Great experience!! Jay took a lot of time helping my daughter put in her new contacts. Jay was very patient and soooo helpful! Thank you so much Jay and everyone for the wonderful experience at America’s best!
They were very nice and pleasant and I like that fact that they wasn’t slow they got me and an out and the most part is that they were patient and respectful
Ray was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he and everyone else were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole process quick and easy, and you can tell he really cares about making sure customers leave happy. His customer service was top-tier, and I truly appreciate how attentive and professional he was.
January 2026 update: Our local stores are still great BUT… online purchasing is terrible. I waited 3 weeks in December for a box of contacts. I'm on week two for another box. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt this time, but will not order from them again! When I called, the rep told me the error was on their end, but that I would still need to wait 1-2 more days for them to PROCESS my order. They didn't offer to make this right or provide any kind of refund or discount. POOR online customer service. Love the local s... read more
