Today has truly made my day! Dr.Rose was incredible and the staff was very supportive and friendly with me and my family. Ja’shawn helped us out and khristina was my pre tester. Jashawn explained everything to me and what my insurance was paying for and educated me about my lens options. 10/10. Me and my family will return. Very knowledgeable team. Great Job!
Every time I have came to the Prattville location Ray has always helped me. He’s so professional, kind, patient. He goes above and beyond and I love that! If you choose to stop by ask for Ray he’s great!
Several people are upset because they added things and charges without informing the customers and allowing them to choose if they wanted the particular thing…they will lose business with this dishonest practice and taking advantage of customers!
I would like to shine a light on Mr. Ray. I came into the store to pick up my daughter's glasses, I had also just received some bad news concerning a family on the phone that had me in tears, there were some issues with my daughter's glasses and I must say this young man look at me and said ma'am I'm going to take care of it I will call you when the glasses come back and said everything will be alright. Thanks again Mr. Ray for being a great person it meant a lot to me. I will be a returning customer.
I love the Prattville store location #5188! My optician, Jett was simply amazing. He was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am very indecisive so I worried that I would drive my optician crazy but the grace he gave was so appreciative to me. Overall, I enjoyed my entire experience from start to finish. I love this team! They are all amazing!
