The fact that the locations closest to me didn't have an optometrist for months is insane. I had to contact corporate who of course wouldn't refund my eyecare club membership. I finally got squeezed in for an eye exam and something came up the day of. Which it wasn't even guaranteed that I would be able to be seen. So now I have to pay someone else over a hundred dollars for a contact lens exam so that I can get my contacts since there are no open appointments near me until the end of August. Visited this location today and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was very attentive and accommodating to myself and my kids Mr. Ray and staff are very professional and attentive.
Dr. Yolanda Rose is always warm and friendly when we come in. My family loves her. We will follow her wherever she goes. The staff were very friendly also. They got us in and out with no problems.
Dr Rose was so amazing! She listened to my concerns and was very sweet! Ja’Shawn helped me pick out my glasses and he was awesome! Thank Yall again! I will be back! And I love my glasses!
