I’d give this place 0 stars if possible. 3 years ago (my last visit here) I was given a great prescription. Went in in July 2025 For an exam , they changed my prescription. Two weeks later my contacts come in and I can’t see. I return to store, the Dr changes the prescription even more, and I ask to just return me to my 3 year old prescription. Do not be baited into coming here because they take your insurance! Every visit they come up with new ways to scam you. They do things and then demand you pay or you can’t leave. If you argue you were never told you would be charged for whatever scam they are running that day, they say you say they can pretend the day never happened and leave with no prescription! The current manager is beyond rude but at least doesn’t claim they have “new technology” to check your body for all sorts of diseases through your eyes for a steep... read more
I had one of the best experiences at American Best the staff was so professional and one staff member gave one of the most helpful part of my experience Miss Kandy she showed me and explained to me about what I need and what i don't need can't say enough about American Best keep up the good work
