When I asked the front desk if they take VSP, they should’ve told me that it was out of Network but the ladies that did my eye exam where nice & that’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars

I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager at the front desk. I’d disclose her name had she had given it, or even acknowledged us. She was not only rude and unprofessional but also seemed to have no regard for customer service. Her tone was condescending, and she was dismissive when I asked for assistance.
