I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager at the front desk. I’d disclose her name had she had given it, or even acknowledged us. She was not only rude and unprofessional but also seemed to have no regard for customer service. Her tone was condescending, and she was dismissive when I asked for assistance. 8/6 UPDATE: i’m completely done with them… Inordered contacts and glasses from them.. contacts I got in two days, glasses i got in 1.5 weeks but the probably was my glasses got there on the 18th… i ordered them on the 7th… why did i call 8/5 and they said it’s been in since the 18th.. THREE WEEKS?? & NOBODY SAID ANYTHING??? then i come get the glasses and it’s BENT OUT OF SHAPE. The lady said “sorry it’s the lab we are using….. “ so here i am having to keep pushing my glasses up. Be prepared to wait an hour past your scheduled appointment time. Be prepared to wait longer than expected for your glasses. Be prepared to follow up on your eye wear or wait even longer for a call/text indicating that they came in weeks ago. Also, watch the pricing if you have insurance. I had to explain to the lady how to put my insurance in the system because without it my price was 475$. This was such a bad great experience that i cant wait to not go back.
