Fire Cathy. She is rude, unprofessional, I care to her employees, snaps at customers unhelpful, and is the reason customers don’t like coming back to this location. I’ve witnessed it… she’s stopped a young lady (I believe her name is Bree? I’m not totally sure) that works there from making a sale that was over $500. The young lady was doing just fine until Cathy come over and gave her “two sense”. I watched that customer walk out without paying a dime of anything. I had an awesome experience at America’s best at the Concord location with Associates Jay, Vivian, Bryanna, Tanya.Also, Vivian helped me step out of my comfort zone a bit and I chose the cutest frames those far. Thank you Ladies…
My son and I went to pick up our glasses. While there, I inquired about having new lenses with the new prescription put in my Pair Eyewear glasses that I purchased at a different America’s Best location last year. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, but anytime she asked the manager whose name starts with a C (I know her name, but will not put it out there) a question she was very snappy and very rude. First my kids glasses come in and no one bothers to call so I have no idea how long they've been in. So I go in today to get their glasses Cathy "helped" us. I had questions I was trying to ask her she acted like I wasn't even there. She swooned over my youngest and was snippy with my teen. When my teen needed her glasses adjusted this woman had an attitude with her my kid returned it.
