My son and I went to pick up our glasses. While there, I inquired about having new lenses with the new prescription put in my Pair Eyewear glasses that I purchased at a different America’s Best location last year. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, but anytime she asked the manager whose name starts with a C (I know her name, but will not put it out there) a question she was very snappy and very rude. First my kids glasses come in and no one bothers to call so I have no idea how long they've been in. So I go in today to get their glasses Cathy "helped" us. I had questions I was trying to ask her she acted like I wasn't even there. She swooned over my youngest and was snippy with my teen. When my teen needed her glasses adjusted this woman had an attitude with her my kid returned it. When I asked the front desk if they take VSP, they should’ve told me that it was out of Network but the ladies that did my eye exam where nice & that’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars
