She took the time to address my concerns, ensured my order was correct, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. What a joke! Had an appointment for 3/1 and on 2/28 they text me not even call me to tell me they canceled my appointment because they did not leave enough time to see me...?!?! called and Justin who refused to let me speak to his higher up just was like oops oh well attitude here drive 45 mins now to polaris and they can see you tomorrow.
