All the staff, including Dr. V, were super helpful and pleasant! I had a great experience and my glasses came faster than expected! I will defiantly be back! Thank you!
This might be literally the worst place to ever go. The staff does not ever want to help you and is very rude and do not care about customer service at all
It was our first time at America’s best the store was cleaning and bright the staff was nice not overly friendly They had a nice selection of frames They do advertise a couple different deals but they don’t explain that the deals are on a specific tag colors which didn’t really matter to us even though we don’t have vision insurance We was pleasantly surprised on the cost 💲 of 2 pairs of glasses 👓 one pair of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses A special thank you to Vanilza for her knowledge of lenses and being very ... read more
I had a wonderful experience at this location. Dr.V and all of the staff were attentive and very knowledgeable. Vanilza was also extremely helpful with understanding my insurance and options for frames and lenses. Even though I live an hour away, I will definitely be returning to this America’s Best for future appointments.
The White Lake location is a great spot! Friendly staff and great eye doctors especially Dr. Varshavskiy and Ms. Vanilza. Was able to renew my eye prescription and find a better pair of glasses that complements my needs. Would definitely recommend to go here for eye care services.
