I had an issue with my glasses which is detailed below. After I followed up with an email as instructed I was contacted by a manager, I believe her nane was Jersey. She offered to remake the glasses with a better quality of lense free of charge. Within a week I was texted and told that the new glasses were ready. My original contact when I had a problem was handled poorly but Jersey made it more then right in the end. Thank you very much. I purchased new glasses from America’s best at this location in December of last year. For the most part, the process went very well. I was happy with the glasses when I was done at the time I purchased them. I got the poly lens which I was told was scratch resistant and I also purchased a one-year protection plan on the glasses. After a few months, I started noticing very fine scratches on the glass all over, which has gotten worse as time has gone by often. It makes the glasses feel cloudy when you wear them. Have been coming to this store for the past couple of years overall the service has been wonderful most of the employees are very friendly and the doctor is excellent very thorough. Today went in to pick up my new glasses and the staff member who helped me was not personable at all. She handed me my case different offer to fit them or anything I had to try them myself and tell her they were to loose and she did adjust them but again didn't even check if they fit correctly.
