Dr Hans is nothing short of excellent. Very thorough and very knowledgeable. He cares about his job and his patient care. He took his time to explain everything to me and even made me laugh with all of his dad jokes. It’s too bad this store is closing in a few weeks. He gave me by far the best eye exam experience I’ve ever had in my 37 years on this planet. The doctor, Andrew Hans, ran 1 hour late for our appointment and decided to take a client after our turn. He felt they should make us wait further stating it would be quick. We left after wasting 1 hour at the store and I strongly suggest you find another provider. During our visit they did not show us basic respect as they ran 1 hour late at 10 AM in the morning and provided no reasonable customer service to us after making the situation worse.
