I had an appointment and picked out glasses at the end of June. Here it is in August and still have not received my glasses. I have been calling every week for an update and they claim they will call me back after been put on hold for 30+ minutes. I was told my glasses were back on July 10, then was told July 14 but no one knows where they are.
