Best place in Collierville and the Memphis area. The customer service is awesome! Trish and Cheryl are THE BEST!! I highly recommend this location!
Cheryl and Jeremy are AMAZING! I honestly had a less than stellar experience previously before Jeremy took over Management. I adore them both! They are extremely invested in making sure they turn things around for the store. I had an appointment and picked out glasses at the end of June. Here it is in August and still have not received my glasses. I have been calling every week for an update and they claim they will call me back after been put on hold for 30+ minutes. I was told my glasses were back on July 10, then was told July 14 but no one knows where they are.
