I love the Timonium location. There was no long wait, friendly and professional customer service and I always love the doctor.
I was really impressed with my visit. From the moment I walked in to my pre exam, exam and check out I was treated like a VIP. The super nice lady that did my pre exam even fixed my glasses that were broken. Yvonne made check out easy and explained everything so I left comfortable. Thanks so much I would recommend this location to anyone.
Awful customer service. The young lady was singing in my face. She didn't know the password to log into her desk computer. So I had to wait for her to get from another employee who waited on another client and retrieved password. While I waited.
Everyone was so wonderful. I used to go to another location but this location is the best. From when you walk in the door to when you walk out the door, everyone is so helpful and personable.
Angela was fantastic with my son when helping him learn to put in his contacts in and take them out. She had wonderful tips for him and was patient while he learned this process. Malia was also amazing during our visit and was so sweet to my son. Thank you, ladies.
