It just amazes me how when you advocate for yourself, you met with disrespect and rudeness. I scheduled a 10:30am appt and by 11:10a the person before me was just entering to meet with the dr. I only had 1 hr for this appt having squeezed it in between jobs (on me clearly 1 hr wasn’t enough time). I communicate with the receptionist that I would no longer be able to wait as I needed to be leave by 11:30a and I hadn’t been seen. Requested advise on next steps. This location is great, all across the board
Finally an Optometrist I enjoy visiting. Roomy waiting area, everyone is not on top of one another. Professional staff and excellent selection of frames. No hard selling, what a relief, I still have my shirt.

Had a great visit today from the time I walked in till the time I left. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. And I cant say enough good things about Dr Marhja!
