My appointment was set the day before I arrived to my appointment 20 minutes early, I waited and as I was waiting the 2 ladies in the main lobby did not check me in properly. One of them had an attitude she had a short blonde hair cut. The store was hot as well 100 degrees outside and they had no air. I don’t recommend this location. The doctor was nice she made my experience better
Just wanted to express how pleasurable my experience was with Dr. Lann. If you choose this location of America's Best, you will have an extremely wonderful experience and be treated like a valued customer
The Optometrist and the whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Awful customer service!!! The young lady that help us at the front desk was amazing ! She did the eye test and she was so nice and friendly . After that we had to pick a 2 pair of glasses and talk to another lady . Idk her name but it was like she was making me a favor that she helped me with her disgusting attitude! Everything was done I paid and I was like it’s okay it was not that bad of experience. When we were leaving she said the glasses will be delivered is 7 business days . I love the Timonium location. There was no long wait, friendly and professional customer service and I always love the doctor.
