A perfectly good place to get exams and glasses. It was a little hard to find as a new person in town because the shopping center is massive. This location is across the parking lot from Ross, in case you’re looking. I found the frame selection a little underwhelming, hence the 4 stars. The staff was great, no complaints about service or competence.
Went in there to find out about getting glasses and the intake lady at the counter was completely lacking in customer service and friendliness! I didn’t get her name but She had short blond hair and wore glasses. Her attitude was crappy at best. Turned my good day into bad. I ended up leaving without making the appointment. When your working the front desk at a business you would think the least thing she could do was at least smile when dealing with customers but nope not at all.
Wasn’t greeted when I got in so wasn’t quite sure of who to talk to, but was very satisfied with the help I got once someone did approach me. Broke my frames recently and Paola and Stephanie got me a replacement one free of charge without making buying a new pair the only option. Very much appreciated from someone who mostly needs their glasses to function.
This is my second time being seen at this location, and on both occasions, the optometrist refused to prescribe bifocals despite my history of wearing them for over a decade. As a result, I have been unable to see close up for the past two years, which causes me daily headaches and significantly impacts my work as a professional seamstress and my ability to read. I had a great experience at this location. The exam and optometrist were amazing. They have a good selection on frames and great prices/deals. The biggest thing though was a front desk woman named April, she went above and beyond for me. A week and three days after my glasses were ordered I called in my frames I had finally broke so much so I couldn’t stick them back together till the new ones came in so I called and talked to April.
