I’ve been a loyal patient at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses since their grand opening, and unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed how I view this location. I stopped in for something incredibly simple—a contact lens case with solution—and was met with a cold, dismissive response from their new LDO, Kyle. Instead of any attempt to help or even offer a reasonable alternative, I was bluntly told I couldn’t get one and would need to purchase the solution separately. Brought my mother in for an eye exam and glasses purchase. Reception squeezed my mother in for an exam and glasses purchase. Jennifer C was the most kind and helpful associate, patiently helping my mom select the frames that fit her the best while happily listening to my mother’s ramblings about our pets. The exam techs were also patient and comforting. I would absolutely recommend that anyone in the Clermont area who needs glasses or contacts should come to this store!
My experience with this location was HORRIBLE. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. One of the staff members was extremely unprofessional, throwing paperwork to my child versus being an adult and explaining the situation. If you are need of your contacts or glasses in a timely manner, go elsewhere or just wander like Stevie Wonder. If I can give it zero stars, I would but I cannot.
Everyone from receptionist, eye exams and glasses selection/checkout was friendly and professional! Very informative and went the extra mile to educate and provide great customer service! Rosemary was awesome! Will be back
The entire experience was fantastic, all the staff was very friendly professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office
