Go somewhere else if you’re going for contacts. Cant get the right trials, it’s been two times I’ve had to go back for the same reason and they do everything wrong. First time I waited 35 min to pick up my trials and they couldn’t find them saying they haven’t arrived yet but turns out they were still in the shipping box. I waited until they found them. Went in for an eye exam and glasses. I couldn’t get either done because my insurance couldn’t be pulled up. That obviously was not the fault of the people that work at AB; however, they were very sympathetic and offered to help with anything else they can. There was no cancellation fee. Everyone was very nice and respectful to me and tried everything they possible could to get my insurance pulled up. They wanted me to get glasses as much as I did.
