We had excellent service at the Clermont office on S Highway 27. Daniela was very courteous and pleasant to work with. The manager Kyle was very knowledgeable and kind too. We will definitely recommend the store to our family and friends.
I would not recommend this particular America’s Best location. The communication and overall operation have been extremely disappointing. Good location and a great variety of glasses at different price points. The eye exam process was very quick, and the sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will never recommend this place to anyone. They have gotten worse and worse over the years, the communication across the board is absolutely terrible. When they don’t tell you a requirement that you need to complete in order to get your prescription, they blame you for not doing it and take zero accountability for their lack of communication. Plenty of other reputable places in the area, we will be avoiding “Americas Best” at all costs.
Os preços são bons, mais o atendimento, não gostei. Deixou a desejar.
