I can give them one star because there is nothing lower, I waited a month for the eye contact, when I had the day to try itI told them I wasn't looking right, and they gave me an appointment for a week so I could wear them longer and "get used to them." I extended it for an extra week but I still couldn't see properly. The Doctor thought that because of my basic English I didn't understand her and sent the "Hispanic" lady from the front to talk to me. Great experience today shopping for my new glasses at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. Right off the bat Crystal helped me with the insurance portion and afterwards Jennifer C. did an outstanding job taking care of the measurements and my selections for the lenses. She went over all of the options they offered and my decision was very easy! I can’t wait to get them! Very Happy Customer!
Go somewhere else if you’re going for contacts. Cant get the right trials, it’s been two times I’ve had to go back for the same reason and they do everything wrong. First time I waited 35 min to pick up my trials and they couldn’t find them saying they haven’t arrived yet but turns out they were still in the shipping box. I waited until they found them. Great and friendly staff. I appreciate Josiah in particular for his patience and temperament in going over the options. It has been years since wearing glasses, so this was a process that I was tentative about. I previously wore contacts before having Lasik done. My vision has worsened since then
