Doctor is always great customer service has gone from a 4 to a 2. I think it may be the pay but most of the people still at this location.
Horrible will NEVER go back again or EVER refer...they take your money and make you wait and wait till you call them to check on glasses sitting there for a while..very unprofessional and no customer service skills what do ever..I would give 0 stars if I could...AMERICAS BEST HERE IS TRASH... GO ELSEWHERE
During my visit, Tyreese made me feel very comfortable. She made sure I understood everything that was going on. I would definitely recommend America's Best Eyecare to my friends and family.
Te muestran publicidad falsa, acudí con previa cita a la sede en la Orange Blossom, anuncié vía telefónica cuando pedí mi cita tenía seguro visual el cual dijeron sin problemas. Al asistir y escoger mis anteojos no me indicaron que aplicaban algún tipo de restricción en mi escogencia, pero al momento de pagar me dicen que como cuento con seguro no me cubre la promoción de los lentes escogidos. Es una total estafa !!! Vi su publicidad online, llamé y asistí no existe un cartel nada que diga lo contrario solo al pagar.
