Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an eye doctor. I arrived 4 minutes late due to unforseen circumstances — with all my paperwork already submitted — only to find out the doctor had decided to leave for lunch. I was then asked to reschedule for an hour and a half later. When I asked the front desk if this was normal practice, the receptionist casually said, “Yes, if it’s lunch time or the last appointment of the day.” Let’s be honest — this is unacceptable. The woman on the side desk's attitude was very bad. She wasn't patient at all times and she was very rude.
Friends, this is not a business that you should trust. Every time I bought glasses from them I had to send back the glasses. After my last complaint, they did me a favor and banned me from their chain, illustrating their complete lack of customer service and customer respect. They would rather blame the customer than admit that they are wrong. I am astonished and hurt by the way that I have been treated .
