Got 2 sets back on 05/06/2026 Both pairs falling apart, one set material peeling apart turning green, screws coming off and manager rude and unprofessional saying no guarantee.

I originally had an issue with the manager at this branch, which was frustrating at the time. However, after contacting corporate, they responded immediately to my concern and handled the situation professionally. In fact, I even received my glasses earlier than the promised delivery date. I appreciate the quick resolution and the effort to make things right.
Terrible experience. I placed an order yesterday and called this morning to make a simple change. I was told it would be possible, so I drove to the store to get it done. When I got there, they just said “it’s not possible” — no explanation, no solution, nothing. Even though I was still within the two-week delivery time. On top of that, the attitude was dismissive and borderline cynical. No professionalism, no accountability from the "manager". If you can’t make changes, say it from the start.
