Terrible experience. I placed an order yesterday and called this morning to make a simple change. I was told it would be possible, so I drove to the store to get it done. When I got there, they just said “it’s not possible” — no explanation, no solution, nothing. Even though I was still within the two-week delivery time. They do not know how to help you choose a proper frame and do not know how to proper adjust the frame to fit you
Picked up my glasses for the 3rd time today (3-13-26). I Had to go back 3 times to get my computer glasses remade and now they are worse than the first pair. They had me do a re-exam and pay a re-exam fee, so I felt like they would get it right on the 3rd try, but they failed again. I really had high hope using America's Best because of the price, but now I know you get what you pay for! I try Costco next time.
Few weeks ago my coworker broke my glasses, there was no other choice but to get a new pair. With the help of my husband I was able to find this location. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Chantal she was very professional and polite she explained everything to us , my eye exam was not rushed and my questions were answered. I was traveling and the arm of my glasses broke. The location on Grand Avenue in Chino Hills was the closest location to my hotel. When I walked in I was initially told there was nothing that could be done but Rosa stepped in and obviously empathized with my plight and she went above and beyond to find a solution and she did and I was back in business. I’m forever grateful to Rosa. Don’t know how I would have finished my trip without her diligence.
