Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an eye doctor. I arrived 4 minutes late due to unforseen circumstances — with all my paperwork already submitted — only to find out the doctor had decided to leave for lunch. I was then asked to reschedule for an hour and a half later. The woman on the side desk's attitude was very bad. She wasn't patient at all times and she was very rude.
Friends, this is not a business that you should trust. Every time I bought glasses from them I had to send back the glasses. After my last complaint, they did me a favor and banned me from their chain, illustrating their complete lack of customer service and customer respect. They would rather blame the customer than admit that they are wrong. I am astonished and hurt by the way that I have been treated . My mom had a great experience at the America’s Best in Chino. She needed her new glasses re-adjusted as the original nose pads that came with glasses were not comfortable. She was blessed to have Fatima, the optician on duty, to adjust her glasses. Fatima was very patient and knowledgeable. She replaced the nose pads with ones that fit her bridge better. My mom said the new nose pads were perfect and much more comfortable. If you are looking for a place to purchase a new pair of glasses I would recommend that you see Fatima.
