They screwed up my order by giving me the same frame for 2 which was not the case. Thankfully I had pics of the 2 frames and showed them. The wait time is crazy long 2 weeks. No remorse or apologies. Very unprofessional and definitely not the place I will be back. Please refrain and go somewhere else as the frame for 2 offer has hidden fees of 50 dollars of unnecessary insurance.
No complains. Always pleasant and helpful especially woman in front desk (Latina) she’s great, personable, engaging and overall exudes excellent customer service. Always makes you feel welcome. The Optomologist is also great and attentive. Makes you feel comfortable. Great with kids as well and able to explain in way kids can understand. Overall, no complains at this place.

El Dr. Una gran persona pero El personal de reception muy pesimo son unos groseros en especial Las hispanas que trabajan ahi. Yo recomende a mis familiares a ese lugar y una tal Sandra se burlo de ellos por no hablar bien el ingles, pero Los vamos a demanded por discrimination.
