Be ready to wait, i think they double book appointments. Took me 40 minutes past my appointment to be seen, at that point I was pissed off and told them to cancel my appointment and walked out

I had a bad experience with the receptionist who does the reminder calls. She was very rude and canceled my appointment. I called back and sw Tammy and she was able to rebook me and treated me with the utmost respect. She’s great! When I arrived to check in, that same receptionist was there and she would barely acknowledge me, she whispered for some reason. Brent the GM took great care of me as well as the Opt. apprentice.

I did not have a good experience from the start going to AB .The eye Dr., was excellent . But the stylist was pathetic. She refused to get her large body out of the chair and help me pick a style or with pricing . I picked out what I thought would be okay and checked out . I called for an appointment last month for a new exam and scheduled it for a Saturday . When I got there your two associates were setting and chatting . I didn’t mean to bother them . I had the best experience at the America’s best on N. Bechtle Ave. in Springfield! Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable and the process was super easy. The virtual eye exam was actually more thorough than a regular in person optometrist exam. Ordering glasses and contacts was a breeze and they have a really nice selection of frames. I will definitely be returning there for all my eyewear needs. Shout out to Roxxie and Micah, they are so knowledgeable and were super great to work with.
