Showed up for a vision test I set aside a lot of time for only to walk in and find out they couldn’t have seen me anyway because their computer system was down and I wasn’t notified in any way. I made a harmless joke about the phone representative butchering my name and the manager shot that down too. Enjoy your one star review Malik.
The team over at Compton was great, they helped me get in to see the doc to change my Rx that I was testing out and didn't feel comfortable With. Everyone from the receptionist to the team member and then the doctor were exceptionally helpful today, had a super experience, not surprised because I've always been well taken care of here at any office I visit since I made the switch 3 years ago , thanks guys! 👍
Expensive and trash glasses not worth it but eye doctors were ok
