Been coming to this location for two years now. Their service is fast and efficient. My glasses arrived within less than a week and scheduling and rescheduling was easy. They have a wide selection of glasses as well and the best part is that they are only 5mins away from my house.
My experience at America’s Best was simply amazing. I was in urgent need of Glasses for my father. Throughout my time, I ended up conversing and connecting with Johnny. He was extremely helpful and highly informative with providing information for my father’s glasses such as framing and customization of the glasses. No wonder this place has 3.8 star rating. Corporate needs to seriously look into this location. How can you deny rescheduling services after notifying you about a child feeling ill and wont be able to make it? So, it's better for us to lie and have just shown up to the appointment? At least we came clean and honest, then you try and deny the rescheduling and be rude over the phone? An apology doesn't justify the rudeness and mistreatment received over the phone.
Can I sue for being mistreated and being denied services over the phone with these people?
