Best customer service l've ever had
Visited the branch in portage, IN. From the moment I made phone contact with them the personal service was apparent. Destiny at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. Dr Tim rocks. He spent as much time as necessary to perform the vision tests and answer all my questions. From there I worked with Kat to pick out the frames and customize my lens preferences. Easy appointment scheduling. Courteous and knowledgeable employees. Dr. Schneider was kind and caring.
