Horrible customer service. No one called me for over 3 weeks about my contacts being ready, I had to call myself. And no apology when I came to pick them up. Was going to go back and order glasses, no thanks.
Went to the Portage Indiana location this morning to see about get the glasses I recently purchased from them fixed. The lady JoAnn was so extremely wonderful in assisting me . We found a sent of replacement frames and she installed my lenses while I waited. Thank you Jo Ann so much for all your help.
Our appointment was at 11:20. As of 12:20, we still had not seen the doctor. There were 2 people in front of us and at the rate they move, we would have been waiting another hour at least. We will not be back. I have never had to wait this long for an appointment for any other eye doctor we have ever gone to.
Waited 3 weeks for my order. Come to find out my order was there for a week. HORRIBLE SERVICE.. SPEND THE EXTRA 5$ GET YOUR ORDER DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME.
Dr.Tim is AMAZING. he's a 💎 gem. He's a reminder of old America. He's a time capsule to a better time. Edit: I had to edit this to say the whole team was amazing actually and my glasses were ready in less than a week. Very very good impression will definitely be coming back.
