Everyone was so helpful and informative. Were able to fit me in for an eye exam and took their time to work through using my insurance to get the best possible pricing on new glasses. Ivo and Mari were great! And Dr. Mujeeb took his time to explain my condition and helped me get the right prescription for the best possible vision. Very happy I went there.
Amy was the sweetest! She was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process! She has even helped my mom choose glasses and helped her through the process! She’s awesome!
Showed up to my appointment. Was in the parking lot 6 minutes before my appointment. Made it inside 1 minute after my appointment because their parking lot was full. And was told I was late that the doctor had already walked out for lunch. She processed to tell me that check in time is 30 minutes before the set appointment. And since I wasn’t here at 1230pm the doc went to lunch. Never did any of the texts or emails say anything about being 30 mins early to the appointment. Tuve una muy grata experiencia en este lugar, el chico que me atendió, Gabriel N, fue muy paciente y tolerante, tarde demasiado tiempo en decidir por lo que más me convenía y me ayudó a aclarar todas mis dudas e incluso, me hizo varias cotizaciones. Recomiendo ampliamente el lugar, el trato en general de todo el personal, es muy bueno pero quería aprovechar para felicitar a el empleado que me atendió.
