Amy at the front desk was very kind and fixed my glasses for free!
The workers at this store mostly cares about smacking her gum instead of customer service! I will never again go there or would suggest even my enemies not go. Terrible customer service it’s your job to serve not smack your gum instead my face!
My husband's glasses were there 2 days and no one call to let me know, I had to call and they said oohh yes there are here since the 30th, his glasses cost almost $400 not even a cleaning cloth and a case. I wasn't happy with them I will not go there next time.
My father went to just pick his old prescription up because that is what its comfortable with. And the staff refused to give him his printed prescription. Kept saying its expired but atleast still print it because that is what he wants. This is just s scam for making money and asking people to come “every year” even tho their prescription has not changed, plus these places needs to hire people with better experience and etiquettes.
Someone called me on my way to the appointment & asked if I knew my appointment was remotely? I said NO, WHAT? I was not happy since when I scheduled my appointment I was told the next time the Dr. was in was on Mon the day of my appointment. Then I get there 15 minutes early & waited 40 more minutes after my appointment time to be told by the girl at the front desk. The remote TV to do the appointment is not working correctly & we need to reschedule your appointment. No a very good first visit at this location. I will NEVER... read more
