I’m so done with this place. So I call in since lens crafters doesn’t offer an onsite doctor no longer, but offers this dumb online virtual tele optometry nonsense that doesn’t effectively check your eyes like a real doctor does. I had a lens pop out of my glasses this morning that I did not purchase at Americas Best. I was in a bit of panic because I paid a fortune for these and there are my first and only pair of glasses. The store I bought them from was closed on a Saturday. On a whim I popped into America best inquiring if they did repairs. Literally within 10 mins my glasses were repaired and to my surprise they didn’t charge me a thing! Awesome customer service! Thank you so much! They call themselves americas best It took 3 tests on 2 different locations and 3 month to make my progressive frame They made 3 pairs and finally I had to get my refund back.
I bought a pair of glasses. I returned one pair because the lenses would not come clean. They replaced them, now my replacement is having the same issue. Looks like the coating is coming off. I do not recommend.
