Jasmine and all the other women here are extraordinarily welcoming. The atmosphere was convivial but professional. The remote doctor set up is fast and Dr Shah is very pleasant. We'll know in a week how well the new contact script works out!
Customer service excellent, the entire staff and Doctor all gave me great experience
After 2 days of chatting, horrible service on the phone. Excess holds, talking to others while they are on the phone with you, forgetting you are on hold as in “ohhh ok let me see…”, not giving you time to respond. So glad I cancelled lol… intake responses always set the tone for me. May not always be like this, but I’m looking for something longterm so can never be too careful. I don’t even care to mention names , just tread lightly when making appt. My next choice was kind, reassuring, and gave you time to response and eve... read more
